The main problem with this perk (besides how gross it is) is that if someone sees the player eating a corpse, they’ll turn hostile and start fighting the player. The Cannibal perk lets players eat any human and non-feral ghoul corpses while they’re sneaking so they can gain HP. Cannibal is sometimes a good perk for players who want to have negative karma, but even then, it’s not that great.
